Hello!  I am Mrs. Avelar the Music Teacher at Holy Name of Mary School.  This is my 4^th year teaching here, and am so excited about it.  We have a lot of fun in Music Class when every student participates fully.  The following is the Music Class Syllabus:

Class Expectations:
100% Participation and effort is required at every Music Class.

Activities:

Liturgical Music, Play Songs, Rhythm Activities, Boomwhackers, Recorders

Grading Policy:
Grades K-2
Behavior & Positive Participation

Grades 3-5
Behavior, Positive Participation, Supplies,

Grades 6-8
Behavior, Positive Participation, Supplies, Good Attitude towards subject & occasional small homework assignments

3rd-8th Supplies Needed:
Folder, Paper, Pencil & Recorder (After Christmas Break)
